These terms of use apply to all sports and fitness courses offered by SportsActivate. The subject is the conduct of courses to promote health and personal development through regular exercise and training.

The courses are aimed at adults and young people aged 16 and over. Participation requires prior registration and confirmation by us.

Each participant is obliged to fill out a health questionnaire before the start of the course and to inform us of any existing health restrictions. Participation is at your own risk.

• Participants must arrive on time and bring their own sportswear and towels.
• During the courses, the instructions of the trainers must be followed.
• In the event of repeated misconduct, we reserve the right to exclude the participant from the course.

2.1 Behavior in the Course Rooms

A general ban on photography and filming applies in the course rooms to protect the privacy of all participants. Exceptions require the written consent of all parties involved.

Our sports and fitness courses include guided training sessions aimed at improving endurance, strength, and flexibility. The exact content will be published in the course description before the start of the course.

We reserve the right to adjust course content as needed to ensure the best possible promotion of health and development. Significant changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

The course fees are due before the start of the course and will be collected by bank transfer or direct debit. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to exclude the participant from the course.

Cancellation of participation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the course. After that, the full course fee is due unless the participant provides a replacement participant.

4.1 Withdrawal and Cancellation

In the event of illness or injury, the course place can be transferred to a later course upon presentation of a medical certificate. A refund of the fees is excluded in this case.

SportsActivate is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of our employees. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Participants bear full responsibility for their own health and fitness. We recommend consulting a doctor before starting the course, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.

• No liability for items brought by participants.
• No liability for injuries resulting from improper execution of exercises.
• Use of the course equipment is at your own risk.

All personal data of participants will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy. The data will be used exclusively for processing the course registration and implementation.

We do not pass on any data to third parties unless this is required by law or necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.

We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. Participants will be informed of significant changes by email. If a participant does not object within 14 days, the changed terms are deemed accepted.

In the event of an objection, participation in the course ends at the earliest possible date.

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
